Cloned Alice wakes up in an apartment building, wanders around the building, forced to escape some security traps and shows some of the events in the first movie. During her escape, Alice uses her new telekinetic power to kill a security guard. However, she is eventually killed by a boundary mine hidden on the floor. Her body was dumped in a hole full of dozens of other Alice clones, representing the failed outcome of the ongoing Alice project at Umbrella. After Umbrella tried to cover up the pollution in the raccoon city, the T-virus spread around the world, damaging not only humanity but the entire global environment for the next five years. The real Alice wanders through the once-southwestern wilderness of the United States and fights through the looters’ families before discovering information in an abandoned notebook showing an uninfected area of Alaska. Alice realizes that she has telekinesis just like her clone. At the same time, a convoy of survivors led by Claire Redfield and Raccoon City survivors Carlos Oliveira and L.J. Wade travels around the country in search of supplies and safe ports. While searching for a motel, L.J. is bitten by a zombie. Fearing the harsh fate ahead, he chooses not to tell other survivors about his injuries. The next morning, the convoy is attacked by a murderous herd of infected crows. As the team is almost overwhelmed, Alice appears and, though unconscious, defeats the rest of the crow with a newly discovered telekinesis. Soon afterwards, Alice wakes up and is introduced to Claire and tells her about the notebook and persuades her to take the convoy to Alaska. Attempts to tame Isaacs infected people lead to the creation of new zombie seeds. Captain Alexander Slater, the Wesker sheriff, reports on Isaacs’ disregard for Umbrella regulations. Wesker looks at Isaacs and tells Slater to kill a scientist if he doesn’t follow orders again. Tracking the energy pattern sent from Alice’s telekinesis, Umbrella triangulates her position. Desperate to get Alice back to achieve her goal, Dr. Isaacs sends a new zombie and ambushes the convoy against Wesker’s specific orders. During the attack, most of the convoys are killed, and L.J. bites Carlos and gives in to the infection. Umbrella tries to shut down Alice remotely, but is freed from Umbrella’s programming and continues to fight. She finds Isaac at the scene and is bitten as he escapes in a helicopter. Alice and K-Mart use Isaacs’ computers to track helicopter flight routes and guide them to an underground facility in Umbrella. As she approaches the scene, Alice meets the Red Queen’s “sister” AI and the White Queen’s holograph. She informs Alice that her blood can cure the T-virus, defends the Red Queen’s antecedent behavior and reveals what happened to the doctor. Isaacs. On her way downstairs to the laboratory, Alice comes across one of her clones.The clone wakes up, but soon dies of shock. Alice discovers Isaacs/Tyrant and leads him to a replica of The Hive’s laser corridor that appears in the opening of the film before knocking him down. When Alice is facing the same fate, the system is disabled by a clone that is still alive. In Tokyo, Wesker then informs his fellow Umbrella executives of the loss of facilities in North America.
